I am rusnan, your tour guide for today. We're going to be pulling up to the hotel in just a few minutes. Please sit back and enjoy the view of the ocean on the left hand side of the bus as we enter the city. I ask that you remain in your seats until we have come to a complete stop. My name is Ketut. On behalf of Bali Top Tour  I'd like to welcome you all to Paradise Island, the Island of gods.

Right now I'd like to take a minute to familiarize you with the area and tell a brief safety precaution. You have to fasten safety belts and remain seated until we reach our destination.

I am your guide and will support you during the tour. I promise you are going to enjoy your stay here in Bali. This is a beautiful, quiet city where you can relax, sit by the beach, enjoy great meals and feel very safe. You can walk into town and enjoy the various handycrafts or take a moonlit walk along the beach.

• Panduan expenses keuangan / dana selama perjalanan untuk driver fee,toll & Parkir-parkir, biaya masuk obyek wisata yang dibayarkan pada saat tiba dilokasi.

 HA-HAL YANG PERLU DIPERHATIKAN DALAM

TEHNIK OPERASIONAL PEMANDUAN ATAU T/L

1. SEBELUM BERANGKAT (DI LUAR BUS),

• Mengetahui sekilas tentang obyek wisata yang akan dikunjungi termasuk peta lokasi dan pintu masuk obyek wisata untuk rombongan atau individu.(dipersiapkan di kantor)
• Mengetahui nama driver dan asistennya (setiba di lokasi stand by bus)
• Nomor-nomor polisi bus yang akan digunakan (dipersiapkan di kantor)
• Mengecek perlengkapan di bus dan keamanannya (MIC, P3K dll) setiba dilokasi stand by bus.
• Sudah mempunyai daftar peserta setiap busnya (khususnya yang akan di pandu / dipersiapkan di kantor)
• Jelaskan program perjalanan tour kepada setiap driver (Berikan program atau itinerary perjalanannya bila perlu / setiba di lokasi stand by bus)

2. SEBELUM BERANGKAT (DI DALAM BUS)

• Greeting (selamat pagi, assalamualikum dsb), ingatkan apakah peserta sudah lengkap atau masuk ke dalam bus semua.
• Perkenalan nama anda sebagi T/L selaku perwakilan dari perusahaan BPW………,nama driver dan asisten driver pada seluruh peserta di busnya masing-masing.
• Jelaskan program perjalanan tour dan jam-jamnya
• Mempersilahkan pimpinan rombongan atau yang mewakili dari peserta untuk memimpin doa menurut agama masing-masing (Basmalah bersama)

3. DALAM PERJALANAN

• Persiapkan biaya toll bila sudah mendekati gerbang toll pertama  berikan 50 % terlebih dahulu dari total biaya toll kepada driver (Ambil bukti pembayaran setiap pembayaran toll), bila ada kurang biaya tool,  driver akan minta kepada T/L.
• Beritahukan kepada pesrta bahwa perjalanan akan istirahat sejenak di salah satu tempat istirahat  (Bila ada keperluan ke toilet) dan informasikan waktu ke toilet hanya 10 menit.

4. SETIBA DI LOKASI OBYEK WISATA SEBELUM MASUK

• Jelaskan kepada tamu jangan turun dari busnya sebelum diberikan tiket masuk (sebelumnya pada saat dikantor cari informasi peraturan masuk obyek wisata yang akan dikunjungi untuk rombongan apakah setiap orang diwajibkan memegang tiket masing-masing atau tidak menggunakan tiket)

• Jelaskan kepada peserta waktu berkumpul kembali di busnya, dan ingatkan untuk tidak lupa tempat parkir bus supaya tidak mencari-cari pada saat kembali ke bus.
• Salah satu T/L (Koordinator) diikuti T/L yang lain bila bus lebih dari 1 unit, pada saat di gerbang masuk obyek wisata turun dari bus untuk mengurus/mengambil tiket masuk bila menggunakan sistem tiket masuk per orang.
• Setelah peserta turun dari bus semua dan pastikan semua sudah mendapat tiket, sebelum anda sbg T/L akan meninggalkan bus pastikan mengetahui tempat parkirnya terlebih dahulu untuk memudahkan anda dan juga perhatikan driver dan co driver tentang biaya makan siang. (koordinasi dg pimpinan T/L)

5. PERSIAPAN PERJALANAN KEMBALI KE BANDUNG

• T/L harus sudah berada 1 jam sebelumnya di bus sebelum peserta kembali dari tempat kunjungan sesuai dengan waktu yang telah diinformasikan.
• Membantu ketua rombongan dari peserta dalam mengecek kelengkapan peserta yang sudah kembali ke bus (T/L tidak perlu ikut mencari-cari peserta yang belum kembali ke bus karena tidak hafal dengan setiap wajah peserta)
• Sebelum bus berangkat kembali ingatkan ke ketua rombongan apakah peserta benar-benar sudah lengkap, selanjutnya pimpin doa untuk keselamatan perjalanan pulang.
• Persiapkan biaya toll.

6. SETIBA DI BANDUNG (PINTU KELUAR TOLL DI BANDUNG)

• Menyampaikan beberapa hal kepada tamu A.L :

A. Telah tibanya di Bandung

           B. Permohonan maaf a/n : Guide,Driver & asistennya selama pelayanannya

                  Bila ada kekurangan-kekurangannya .

C.   Mengingatkan peserta untuk barang-barang bawaanya .

D.   Greeting (kata-kata penutup atas namai PT…………. mengucapkan terima kasih atas kepercayaan para peserta untuk dapat membantu pelaksanaan program)     

• Sebelum meninggalkan bus berikan driver fee-nya dan ucapan terima kasih atas bantuannya.

          Well ladies and gentlemen, good morning, how are you today?

          Good, I’m glad to hear that. Once again on behalf justice tour and travel I welcoming you to the one of most beautiful island in the world. First at all please let me to introduce my crew. In my left hand side there is a driver who will accompany us during you stay in Lombok. His  name is Mr. Chaos, he is a very professional driver. He has been work as driver for 15 years, and he is very experience driver, so you don’t have to worry about our trip. And me, I will reintroduce myself , my name is Fransdika Dharmawan, you can call Frans, and I will be your tour guide during you stay in Lombok.

          Well Ladies and Gentlemen, now I will tell you about your program during you stay in Lombok Island. For your program, you stay in Lombok for 3 days and 2 night, in Senggigi Beach Hotel, and today is the first day you stay in Lombok Island, and our Program today is only transfer in, so now we are on the way to Senggigi Beach Hotel for check – in hotel. The Second day our program is Traditional Sasak Tour, that we wil visit many kind of traditional sasak village to see some traditional handindustri. And the third day is Transfer out. But before that we will visit Sayang- sayang Art Shop to buy some souvenir.

          Well Ladies and Gentlemen because our program today is going to the hotel, I wil explain you a little about the distance from the airpot to the hotel. From the airport to the hotel, the distance is 50 km and it will take about 90 minutes.

          Well Ladies and Gentlemen now I’ll tell you about Indonesia in General. Indonesia is Located Between two continent and two ocean like Pacific Ocean and Hindia Ocean, and the continent is Asia Continent and Australia Continent. And Indonesia is also located between 95 degrees east longitude until 141 degrees east longitude and between 6 degrees north latitude until 11 degrees south latitude.

          Indonesia has tropical climate, so Indonesia only has 2 season such as dry season and rain season. For dry season, it will happen from April until October and for rain season, it will happen from October until April. So now we are in rain season.

          The government of Indonesia is Republic, so Indonesia has lead by a president, the name of president now is Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, but the famous name is SBY,and the vice president is Budiono. Mr. SBY is the sixth president. The first president is Soekarno, The second is Soeharto, the third is Habibi, the fourth is Abdul Rahman Wahid and the fifth president is Megawati.

          The currency of Indonesia is rupiah. One dollar your money equal as nine thousand rupiah. For the ethic of Indonesia is a little deferent with your ethic, for example, in Indonesia you must wear good clothes in public, and if you give or ask for something, you must use right hand, all because if you make a good attitude with them, you will receive a good attention too, from them.

          Well Ladies and Gentlemen , Now I will tell you about the time of Indonesia. Indonesia have 3 deferent time zone, Eastern Time Zone, Central Time Zone, and Western Time Zone. And now we are in central Time zone at GMT+8. Because our time is deferent, please same the time with me, Now the time is 02.00 p.m.

          Well Ladies and Gentlemen, Indonesia have 33 provinces, and now we are in the one of provinces in Indonesia, West Nusa Tenggara, in Lombok Island. Lombok Island is located between Bali Island and Sumbawa Island. And Indonesia is also include in golden triangle tourism obyek.

          In Lombok there are many very beautiful torism obyek. For example Senggigi Beach, Gili Air, Gili Terawangan, etc. And also we can see a stone that only exist in two country in America and in Lombok Island, that is Blue Stone.

          Well Ladies and Gentlemen, the government of Indonesia is same with Indonesia, is Republic, but the leader in Lombok not a president, but a Gubernur.

          Well ladies gentlemen 10 minutes again we will arrive at Senggigi Beach Hotel, where you will stay in there for tonight, and for tomorrow night. Because of that please let me to inform you about the hotel. Like you know the name of the hotel is Senggigi Beach Hotel, it has been located in Senggigi Raya Street, and it’s also located near Senggigi beach, so you can see the attraction of Senggigi Beach directly from Senggigi Beach Hotel, and Senggigi Beach Hotel is a Four Stars hotel.

          Alright Ladies and Gentlemen, I will explain about the facilities of Senggigi Beach Hotel. There is a Resort, rooms with Standard and deluxe room, and there is a bar in there.

          For facilities in the room, there is a twin bed or double bed or single bed, DVD, full AC, Television, mni bar and safety box. And for your room, you will take Standard room, twin sharingbed and full AC.

Pertama sekali tolong beritahu saya untuk memperkenalkan kru saya. Dalam sisi kiri saya ada sopir yang akan menemani kami selama Anda tinggal di Lombok. Namanya Pak Chaos, dia adalah pembalap yang sangat profesional. Dia telah bekerja sebagai sopir selama 15 tahun, dan dia sangat pengalaman driver, sehingga Anda tidak perlu khawatir tentang perjalanan kami. Welcoming tourists:	Hello everyone. My name is rusnan. On behalf of Suntan Tours I'd like to welcome you all to Los Cabos. The bus ride to your hotel will take about fifteen minutes. Right now I'd like to take a minute to familiarize you with the area and discuss some brief safety precautions. Firstly, I ask that you remain seated until we reach our destination and that you not eat or drink while on the bus. Secondly, please realize that it is against the law to get drunk in public. Enjoy your vacation, but do drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.
Describing the location:	I promise you are going to enjoy your stay here in San Jose, Los Cabos. This is a beautiful, quiet city where you can relax, sit by the beach, enjoy great meals and feel very safe. You can walk into town and enjoy the fountains or take a moonlit walk along the water. Please do not swim here. This is not a safe place to swim because there is a strong undertow. Cabos San Lucas is the place to go if you want to enjoy swimming in the ocean. You can take a short bus ride from your hotel. There you will also enjoy entertainment and dancing.
Introducing special events and offers:	Suntan tours offers a variety of special discounts depending on your travel plans. We have golf packages, as well as guided whale boat tours, and fishing charters. There will be a short information session at 1pm in the lobby of the hotel tomorrow where you can learn all about these offers. We recommend that you do not purchase packages from street vendors as they are not always 100 percent reliable. They also may charge you more than what they say. Please take my advice and allow Suntan tours to book all of your day trips and activities while you are here.
Offering advice:	If you need to exchange your dollars into pesos, please use a bank or money exchange. We don't recommend exchanging your money at the hotel because you won't get a fair rate. Some restaurants will accept American or Canadian money, but you are better off to exchange your money and pay with pesos. Or, if you prefer, you can always use your credit cards. Also, if you want to get around the city, or travel to Cabos San Lucas, we recommend that you take the local bus rather than a taxi. The bus costs about one American dollar, and the driver can give you change if you don't have the exact amount. If you do decide to take a taxi make sure that you negotiate a price before you go.
